The stupid is strong in me

So day before yesterday I temporarily lost understanding of how to walk up or down stairs. Today it turns out that earlier I put the milk in the cupboard and box of cereal in the fridge. I only discovered this because I just went to make a cup of tea. It should come as no surprise that having gone to make tea, I have actually made a cup of coffee and only realised I made coffee not tea when I sat down in the living room and took a sip.

I'd say I'm losing it, but I'm not sure I copious amounts of "it" to start with.
